Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?
No there are no extra guests Or children allowed during your appointment time

How do I reschedule my appointment or class ?
Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointment online . Please contact Brittany via text/email (no dms) To reschedule. You may only reschedule your appointment 1 time with your original deposit 30 days from Your original schedule an appointment. After 30 days a new deposit is required to book a new appointment

How do I cancel my appointment/Class?
You may cancel your own appointment online with the confirmation email you received with the change/cancel option At the bottom. Your deposit will be nonrefundable since you’re canceling and not the Artist. Please provide at least an 24 hours notice via text/email to cancel your appointment to avoid same day cancellation fee. If cancellation is due to the artist your deposit will be refunded immediately to the form of payment you processed with

What happens if I am an “ No Call No Show” ?
No Call No Shows will be banned from booking future appointments and the deposit will be non -refundable and will be charged the full remaining balance of the service with the card on file.

Do you travel?

Brittany doesn’t travel for individual appointments, especially on weekends . I only travel for Bridal parties . If you need travel for an Photoshoot/Etc during Tuesday-Thursday please email me for a quote

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with a clean face and if possible please have brows groomed and unwanted facial hair removed(lip,chin,etc)

I have a sore/cut on my face, can I still get my make up done .
- If you have any sores , open wounds or skin conditions please inform Brittany immediately before your appointment. If you arrive at your appointment with any skin conditions, sores or open wounds That could possibly contaminate The artist products,tools and/or professional kit, The Artist may refuse service .
